Visitor Experience Representative
Summary—Oak Hammock Marsh Interpretive Centre is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to deliver a full range of customer service to its public visitors, members and groups for terms from April 1 to October 31. Please submit your résumé and cover letter for confidential consideration.
As the Visitor Experience Representative, you will communicate effectively with people of all ages in English and/or French. You will be responsible for promotion of the Interpretive Centre and its programs, daily admission and gift shop sales, co-ordinating group bookings, hosting meeting groups, and assisting as food preparation and service support in the Interpretive Centre’s cafeteria.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills have contributed to your success as an outstanding service representative for the past three years. You bring experience in retail sales, specifically opening and closing activities related to cash handling and other retail activities. To be successful in this position you must have experience in switchboard operation and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. If you are looking for an opportunity that has a variety of tasks throughout the day, then this is the job for you.
